Embrace - Our Philosophy

We believe that healing occurs in the context of supportive and healthy relationships and psychotherapy provides such opportunity. After all, emotional injuries are birthed from unhealthy relations.

We maintain accountability to uphold safety and security for the client who entrusts us in their unfolding. We hold space to create an empowering context for growth that involves your whole being while maintaining integrity and excellent quality of care.

Some of the therapeutic modalities we use in treatment are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Internal Family Systems Approach, Trauma-Informed Treatment, and Solution-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Family Skills Training.

Difficulties mastered are opportunities won.”

The therapeutic process will push you beyond the limits of your comfort; but at the end of the journey, you will experience growth, change in perspective, increase self-awareness and increase coping skills to improve the quality of your life.
