Some of the therapeutic modalities we use in treatment are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Internal Family Systems Approach, Trauma-Informed Treatment, and Solution-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Family Skills Training.
Embrace - The Process
STEP 1: Complete the Intake-Upon receipt of your contact information, you will be contacted within 72 hrs to obtain general information and a scheduled time for a clinical phone consultation with one of our clinicians. ( please add link intake page)
STEP 2: The Matching Process-The purpose of the clinical consult is to provide potential clients information about the practice, assess their needs and determine if there is a match for a therapeutic partnership. A date and time to begin treatment will be discussed.
STEP 3: Your Journey Begins-Once insurance has been confirmed, you will receive a warm welcome email from the practice and you will be sent a guide on the next steps.

Emergency Sessions can be made available. Clients are strongly encouraged to call 911 or go to the nearest hospital after office hours if clinicians are not available.
